Russia advises foreigners in Ukraine to stay safe

The first part of the article discusses the Russian Foreign Ministry's warning to foreigners and diplomatic missions to refrain from staying in Ukraine, due to ongoing Russian strikes on military and civilian facilities in Kyiv and other cities. This warning is part of Russia's response to terrorist acts carried out by Ukrainian forces against Russian civilians and infrastructure. The ministry emphasized that ignoring these warnings endangers the lives of foreigners, and that the responsibility for any consequences lies with those who disregard them. It also noted that many Western countries, including the United States and Britain, have advised their citizens not to travel to Ukraine. Despite this, some foreigners continue to head there. Russia also continues to carry out retaliatory strikes against Ukrainian targets, accompanied by warnings about the dangers of traveling to Kyiv.
