Poland Alerts to Possible Attack on Leaders
The Polish police announced that they received information about a possible attack targeting Prime Minister Donald Tusk and Defense Minister Vladisław Kosińsk Kamish, which prompted security authorities to hold an emergency meeting to discuss necessary measures. This comes amid previous warnings from Tusk regarding the escalation of hybrid attacks by Russia against NATO's eastern flank, and the raising of the national security alert level in Poland following an increase in violent incidents at schools in recent days. No further details have been disclosed yet regarding the source or nature of the threat.
