Israeli military guidance target Fly Dubai
The article details a failed Israeli attempt to prevent the hijacking of a Fly Dubai plane during a flight from Dubai to Tel Aviv, using an advanced military navigation system known as "World Trade." The report explains that Israel was prepared to shoot down the aircraft if necessary, and that the system relies on up-to-date aerial imagery and continuous training to handle unusual air emergencies, including potential hijackings or terrorist attacks. Its goal is to prevent a larger disaster while safeguarding strategic facilities and passenger safety. The report also reveals Israeli precautionary measures and the history of the attempt to seize the aircraft, emphasizing that activating the system does not always indicate an immediate ongoing security threat; rather, it is used as a preventive and preparatory measure to respond to emergency scenarios.
