Mohamed Gamal Apologizes to Zamalek Fans
The article focused on criticising Emad Jadama, the head coach of Zamalek Club, for his team's loss to Al-Ahly with a score of two goals to nil in Cairo's derby, while emphasizing that the performance was not poor and that the team had opportunities that could have changed the outcome. He pointed out that some refereeing decisions, particularly two potential penalties, could have impacted the course of the match and called for their review. Despite the defeat, Jadama confirmed that the match results do not reflect the true gap between the two teams, and that minor mistakes led to the goals, with a focus on reviewing performance and improving errors for future matches. He explained that injuries and the illness of some players necessitated changes in the team's lineup. The focus now shifts to the African Champions League game against the Rwandan Army, with an emphasis on the importance of not affecting the players psychologically by the loss and delivering a positive performance in the upcoming match. He extended sincere apologies to Zamalek fans, hoping to bring them joy in the upcoming games.
