Turki Al Sheikh on Dua Lipa at Fury-Joshua conference
The article focused on statements made by Turki Al Sheikh, the head of the General Authority for Entertainment, in which he accused global singer Dua Lipa of not liking boxing and of not wanting to perform at the event accompanying Tyson Fury's bout against Anthony Joshua, citing what he said was her hostility towards Arabs. Al Sheikh confirmed that Dua Lipa might not like him either, expressing his belief that she avoids appearances related to Arabs, although Dua Lipa has not issued any official response so far. These statements come in the context of the announcement of the highly anticipated boxing match between the British fighters, scheduled for December 11, 2026, at a stadium in Cardiff, and will be streamed exclusively on Netflix, making it one of the biggest boxing events in Britain.
