Lulwa Al-Mansouri releases draft
The article focuses on the importance and responsibility of writing the first draft with a pen in the process of creativity and thinking. This draft is considered an authentic and spontaneous expression of the writer's personality, revealing their mood, fluctuations, and initial ideas without censorship or editing, thereby reflecting their true self and providing an opportunity for free expression. It also explains that writing the first draft with a pen helps embed ideas into memory, facilitates their reorganization and development, and relies on an organic interaction between the hand and the brain. Additionally, it aids in a deeper self-discovery. Therefore, it is viewed as a crucial stage in unleashing creativity, representing the writer's original personality before craft skills and critical editing come into play.
