Beni Suef offers 3,179 free medical services
The Health Directorate in Beni Suef organized a free medical convoy in Ali Hammouda Village, Nasser Center, on September 2nd and 3rd, 2026, as part of the initiative to reach remote and underserved areas under the Presidential initiative "Decent Life." The convoy resulted in the examination of 1,073 patients, providing free medication, in addition to performing 118 blood tests, 125 parasitology tests, 8 X-rays, and 67 ultrasounds. Two cases were referred for further treatment in hospitals. The activities also included awareness sessions on COVID-19 prevention, family planning, breast cancer, food safety, and screenings for 234 citizens to monitor for hypertension and diabetes. In total, 3,179 services were delivered.
