An additional 18 commodities will be added during September, bringing the total to 30 items. The initiative will continue for six months until March 2027, with the goal of increasing availability, stabilizing markets, and maintaining price stability. It will be available through approximately 284 outlets nationwide, including consumer complexes, "Gomaa'ty" outlets, and supply agents. The initiative features reduced prices for items such as sugar at 25 Egyptian pounds, oil at 50 pounds, rice at 25 pounds, and cheese ranging from 5 to 14 pounds. It aims to implement the directives of the political leadership to regulate markets and ensure a sustainable supply of essential goods for citizens.
