2026-2027 School Expenses Payment Options
The Ministry of Education in Egypt has begun collecting the first installment of school fees for public schools for the 2026-2027 academic year, starting October 1, 2026. The amount varies depending on the educational stage and grade, with 255 Egyptian pounds for kindergarten through middle school, 430 pounds for the first year of high school, 415 pounds for the second and third years of high school, 200 pounds for technical secondary education under the 3- and 5-year systems, and 185 pounds for the remaining technical grades. Fees can be paid through electronic payment outlets and postal offices using the Egyptian students' national ID number or the student code for non-Egyptian students, within a system that divides the fees into two installments.
