Worker-System Exam Guide
The Ministry of Education has opened applications for the 2026–2027 academic year’s grade-promotion examinations for external candidates enrolled under the workers’ system at technical schools. Documents are to be submitted during the first week of November, and schools must send the details of eligible applicants to the education directorates no later than the end of the month. Required documents include an official certificate from the employer confirming that the applicant’s job is related to their field of study; an insurance certificate for employees in the private or investment sectors; a certificate of completion of basic education or its equivalent; approved proof of employment for volunteers and conscripts; and a literacy certificate for categories exempt from providing proof of insurance, in accordance with the applicable rules. Schools will review applications and documents to verify that applicants meet the requirements before referring them to the directorates.
