The Public Security Directorate confirmed that their ongoing security and awareness efforts have contributed to reducing dangerous behaviors during celebrations, such as firing gunshots, procession marches, removing objects from vehicles, and closing roads, all of which threatened community safety. They emphasized that these practices go beyond acceptable expressions of joy and endanger the lives of others, with gunfire being among the most dangerous behaviors that security authorities will strictly address according to the law. The Directorate also called for promoting a culture of responsible celebration and reporting violations to ensure the safety of the community.
