Samirat: Digital Shift Beyond E-Services
The results of the 2025 Digital Government Services Maturity Index show that Jordan has made a qualitative leap, with its score rising from 63% in 2024 to 71%, marking its highest level in the past four years. This progress reflects efforts to advance digital transformation and improve the quality of government services. The study revealed that the connectivity between government institutions reached 97%, while the development of services through electronic portals was at 95%. Security and reliability levels have also increased, alongside greater adoption of digital identities. This progress mirrors growing efforts in reengineering procedures, expanding data exchange, and enhancing the user experience, all of which contribute to providing more efficient and accessible services to citizens.
