Real Madrid adds a forward to squad
Real Madrid club has signed young Spanish forward Carlos Espe (21 years old) from Levante in a five-year deal until 2031. Espe, who was selected as the best Under-23 player in the Spanish league last season, played 66 matches and scored 20 goals. He also has experience with Spain's youth national teams. Espe's transfer was one of the largest sale deals in Levante's history, and he was previously close to moving to Brighton in England before Real Madrid decided to sign him after learning of a €25 million release clause. Espe is the fifth of the club's summer signings and is part of its strategy to strengthen the squad for the upcoming season.
