The figures indicate a widespread interest in university admissions in Jordan, with the number of applications surpassing 58,000 so far, and the submission process remaining open until next Thursday. The coordination process aims to organize admission according to a precise timetable to ensure all eligible applications are processed, supported by an updated electronic system that simplifies procedures. The diploma stage has also seen significant activity, with more than 15,000 students applying, and expectations of an increase in this number due to recent amendments linking admission chances to cumulative grades. A transformative shift has been introduced in the computing system to assist in selecting majors, aligning with the new high school system to reduce errors and offer a transparent, fast digital experience. Training students on accurately choosing their majors ensures they are guided toward pathways matching their abilities. Regarding scholarships and loans, these come after student admission and fee payment, with various opportunities available, including scholarships for top students nationwide, special scholarships from the Royal Court, and loans. However, securing a seat does not guarantee an immediate scholarship. All these measures aim to ensure students’ academic stability and direct support to those who deserve it.
