More than 58,000 students have applied for undergraduate admission at official Jordanian universities until Tuesday, as part of the unified admission process that began on August 13. Additionally, over 15,000 applications have been submitted for the second phase, which is the diploma program, with an expectation of increased applicant numbers due to the cancellation of the comprehensive exam and the linkage of bridging programs to the cumulative GPA. This year, the admission systems were computerized to align with the new high school system, and the website allows students to select majors based on fields or specific tracks, reducing the likelihood of errors in inputting choices to zero percent. After the admission process concludes, students can apply for scholarships and loans by late November or early December. However, obtaining the scholarship or loan is only possible after completing registration procedures at the universities.
