Following a meeting in the village of Rabiyat al-Muharib in the Muwaqqar District, the Al-Muharib clan of Bani Sakhr announced that condolences would be received only on the day of burial and the following day, from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. It also decided to cancel the customary meal for mourners, in order to ease the social and financial burdens on the bereaved family, while stressing that these measures do not diminish the duty to offer condolences.
