Israeli Calls for Invasion of Lebanon
The article focused on calling for Israeli media to increase military operations against Hezbollah in Lebanon, emphasizing their belief that Hezbollah's presence armed in areas like Beirut, Sidon, and the Beqaa Valley poses a significant threat to Israel, even amid calm on the northern border. The correspondent expresses conviction that Hezbollah is rearming and preparing for war, warning that Israel should not become accustomed to the calm or allow the group to rebuild its capabilities. They call for Hezbollah's dismantling throughout Lebanon, not just in the south. The article also links the potential escalation of confrontations with Iran and the widening of the conflict in Lebanon, stressing that the United States is exerting pressure to prevent Israel from acting. It is anticipated that if tensions in Iran erupt, Israel will push forward by land, sea, and air to conduct extensive military operations in Lebanon.
