Traffic rules on roads for maintenance
The article pertains to road maintenance and paving operations scheduled to take place in various areas of Beirut. These activities include spraying tar, resealing, and paving roads with asphalt, aiming to improve infrastructure and facilitate traffic flow. The work will be carried out on October 3rd and 4th, 2026, at designated locations, with traffic diversions and restrictions implemented to avoid congestion. Additionally, the Beirut and Mount Lebanon Water Authority will conduct excavation works to repair faults, which may lead to narrowing of streets in front of some establishments and on main roads. Drivers are advised to follow directions and traffic signs to ensure smooth movement during the implementation period.
