Trump criticizes protesters in San Antonio
A campaign event for Donald Trump was organized in San Antonio, Texas, where protesters attempted multiple times to interrupt his speeches. Trump described the protesters as "paid" individuals receiving money from America's enemies and ordered security forces to remove at least nine protesters from the venue. This gathering comes in the context of the Republican Party's support campaign ahead of the midterm elections and aims to rally voters for certain candidates in the state. Democratic-organized protests had previously been announced in the area due to Trump's declining popularity and rising living costs.
