Zelensky Denounces Trump and Putin on Fuel Supply
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky strongly criticized Trump's phone call with Putin, which resulted in Russia supplying 300,000 tons of fuel to the global market, considering allowing Russia to sell fuel an investment in the war. He emphasized that the Ukrainian negotiation team in Florida is in talks with American officials about ending the war and stopping attacks on energy facilities, viewing these discussions as potentially just a smokescreen. Trump announced that Moscow will immediately supply more than 300,000 tons of diesel to the U.S. and global markets, expecting diesel prices to decrease rapidly. Additionally, Moscow will deliver another 3 million tons later, depending on the status of its refineries, while the United States issued a temporary license to import Russian fuel until April 2027.
