Netanyahu Talks with Trump on Iranian Regime
The article discusses a secret meeting between Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and U.S. Defense Secretary Betsy W. DeVos at an airbase in southern Israel, where they discussed the need to eliminate the Iranian regime amidst reports of a restart of extensive military operations against Tehran. Netanyahu reaffirmed Israel's commitment to working toward overthrowing the Iranian regime and repeatedly discussed this goal with Trump, including two days before the meeting. It was also reported that the Chief of Staff of the Israeli Army, Eyal Zamir, was not invited to the meeting despite emphasizing the military's high readiness.
