Bahrain denounces attacks on Saudi oil sites
The Bahraini Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly condemned the targeting of Saudi oil facilities by Iranian-backed militias using drones launched from Iraqi territory, reflecting a serious escalation that threatens regional security. Bahrain called on the international community, especially the Security Council, to issue an urgent resolution condemning these attacks and demanding Iran cease supporting the militias. The ministry also reaffirmed its full solidarity with Saudi Arabia and support for its right to respond and protect its security and stability. It praised the efficiency of the Saudi air defenses in intercepting and destroying the drones before they reached their targets.
