Citizen Account: Paid Status Without Funds
The Citizen Account Program clarifies how to proceed if the payment status shows as "Paid" in the account but the amount has not been received by the bank. The program emphasizes that the first step is to contact the bank and verify whether the amount has been deposited. If the amount has not been received despite the status showing "Paid," the beneficiary can submit a request via the "Your Voice is Heard" service to initiate necessary actions and review the payment issue. The "Paid" status indicates that the program has completed the disbursement of the support amount. It is advised to first contact the bank to check the deposit, and if the bank confirms that the amount has not been received, a formal request should be submitted for further review of the process.
