Thunderstorms expected nationwide until Tuesday
Most regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are experiencing a wave of continuous thunderstorms until next Tuesday, with expected intensity ranging from moderate to heavy in areas such as Mecca, Jazan, Asir, Al-Baha, especially in the holy capital, Ta'if, and Al-Juom. This is causing flash floods, hail, and dust storms. The General Directorate of Civil Defense has called for the highest levels of caution and vigilance, advising people to stay away from flood pathways and valleys, and to adhere to the instructions issued via media outlets and social media platforms.
