Kerryash resumes leadership in Ghana

The Portuguese coach Carlos Queiroz, who previously managed Iran, Portugal, Colombia, and Egypt, has returned to coach the Ghana national team after two months of his resignation following his participation in the World Cup. The Ghana Football Association has reappointed him as the team's technical director, despite being 73 years old. It is believed that his international experience and good knowledge of the Black Stars qualify him to lead the team into this new phase, especially with the upcoming 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers, which include two matches against Ivory Coast during the international break from September 21 to October 6.
