Jersey Number 7 Taken from Ronaldo
The article discusses the change in Rafael Leao's jersey number with the Portugal national team to number 7 during the match against Denmark in the UEFA Nations League, following Cristiano Ronaldo's sudden departure from the squad. According to UEFA data, the number 7 was assigned to Leao based on UEFA rules to avoid having vacant numbers in the 23-player squad list, despite the number's historical association with Ronaldo and his global achievements with the national team. Ronaldo's future remains uncertain after he left the camp amid tensions with the coaching staff, raising questions about whether he will continue to wear the number 7 in the future.
