Mahrez Nears Qatari Move

Algerian footballer Riyad Mahrez, former player at Al-Ahli Saudi Club, is approaching a transfer to the Qatari league to join Al-Shamal on a short-term contract. This comes after his departure from Al-Ahli last June, during which he participated in 122 matches, scored 37 goals, and provided 46 assists, in addition to winning two continental titles. His joining the team will help him maintain his technical and physical readiness and remain competitive in both the Qatar Stars League and the AFC Champions League. His market value is approximately 5 million euros.
