Saudi Arabia advances to Gulf 27 final
Saudi Arabia's national team has qualified for the final of Gulf Cup 27 after winning 3-2 on penalties against Qatar in the semi-final, following a 0-0 draw in both regulation and extra time in a match that, for the first time in the tournament's history, saw no goals scored. Saudi Arabia will face the winner of the other semi-final between the United Arab Emirates and Oman in the final. This is the first time a match has ended without goals since the current edition of the tournament began.
