Flick Details Raphinha's Barcelona Absence
It has been decided to exclude Barcelona star Brazilian Raphinha from the team's upcoming two matches due to a thigh injury he sustained during the international break. He is experiencing swelling in his right thigh after playing for the Brazil national team. The team's coach, Hansie Flic, stated that although they haven't reached a specific diagnosis, the player will not participate in tomorrow's match against Getafe or the upcoming Tuesday's match against Galatasaray. This is to preserve his condition and prevent the injury from worsening, especially after he suffered three injuries last year. His absence may give fellow countryman Gabriel Jesus the opportunity to start for the first time since joining the club.
