Israeli Checkpoint Search
Southern Syria saw Israeli military incursions on Sunday morning in the countryside of Quneitra and Daraa. They included the establishment of a checkpoint on the road between Ain al-Bayda and Jubata al-Khashab, where passersby were searched, as well as the movement of a force from the Tel al-Ahmar base toward the village of al-Asbah. Movements were also reported in the Yarmouk Basin and Wadi al-Raqad, following Saturday’s incursions, during which civilians were detained and checkpoints set up.
