The Social Affairs and Labor Department in Al-Hasakah, in coordination with government agencies and international organizations, is working to clear the Al-Areeesha displacement camp in Al-Hasakah with the goal of permanently closing it. Since the beginning of the year, approximately 75% of the residents have left, most of them from Deir Ezzor countryside, due to the decline in support and services provided within the camp. The team continues to facilitate their voluntary return to their original areas. So far, 93 families have left over the past two weeks, and around 20 families remain, with efforts underway to arrange their return. The ultimate aim is to announce the end of the camp's presence and fully close it.
