The Directorate of Social Affairs in the city has decided to arrest the woman appearing in the video and the stepmother, and refer them to the relevant authorities as part of urgent legal procedures. It was revealed that the two children had previously been living in Turkey before moving to live with their father and his wife in Aleppo.
