President inaugurates Rastan Bridge
President Ahmed al-Shiraj inaugurated the Rastan Bridge in Homs after completing its maintenance and rehabilitation works, aimed at strengthening transportation and trade between northern and southern Syria. The project was carried out in collaboration between the Syrian Civil Defense and the United Nations Development Programme. The bridge was damaged during the war but has been rehabilitated to become a vital artery linking the provinces and facilitating the movement of citizens and goods, with improvements to its infrastructure and services.
