2027 Budget Boosts Social Housing
The 2027 budget includes measures to support social housing programs, rental housing, and installment sales, aimed at improving access to housing. Article 29 stipulates that undeveloped lands allocated for these projects will be exempt from tax duties from 2026 to 2030, to facilitate the completion of residential projects managed by public real estate institutions. Additionally, Article 30 proposes applying a special fee for the first-time home purchase for each buyer, in order to ease the tax burdens on consumers.
