2027 Budget: Foreign Assets Reclaimed
The 2027 budget focused on resolving the status of foreign properties owned by the state. During the first half of 2026, 80 files were submitted to the National Settlement Committee for disposal, resulting in 20 decisions to dispose of properties, compared to 67 files submitted in 2025. Additionally, 13 old residential developments owned by the state in several provinces were regularized, aiming to improve living conditions and provide homeownership opportunities for low-income families. Furthermore, orders were issued for permits to dispose of non-agricultural lands at nominal prices to support social housing projects and create job opportunities for vulnerable groups, with the goal of strengthening social and economic stability.
