The Israeli army announced that a clash occurred with Hezbollah members in southern Lebanon, resulting in moderate injuries to an Israeli soldier despite the announced ceasefire between the two sides. This incident came after Hezbollah targeted an Israeli engineering vehicle that was attempting to advance toward the Al-Taher Heights, a strategic area that experienced widespread destruction in the town of Kafr Tbnit and is linked to ongoing Israeli operations in the region. Simultaneously, the Lebanese army is celebrating its 81st anniversary, amid broad political support for its efforts in maintaining security and restoring the state's authority over border areas. Lebanese President emphasized that the only legitimate weapon is the state's weapon and that supporting the army is essential to protect sovereignty and stability. Additionally, the U.S. Embassy reaffirmed its support for the Lebanese army and its efforts to preserve sovereignty and security.
