Russia reports 8 deaths and 635 drones downed
Russia announced the death of at least eight people as a result of Ukrainian drone attacks, in addition to shooting down 635 drones overnight. The attacks targeted several areas, including a warehouse belonging to the Russian Wildberries company and the city of Saratov, where Ukrainian forces attacked an oil refinery and an airbase, causing fires and infrastructure damage. This coincided with Moscow's escalation of its air defenses, while Kyiv expanded its attacks on Russian economic and military targets, aiming to undermine Moscow’s ability to continue the war that has been ongoing for more than four years.
