Mohamed Salah's jersey number 61 at Trabzonspor
Mohamed Salah appeared for the first time wearing Trabzonspor’s jersey before his official transfer to the Turkish club starting from the 2026/2027 season. Salah wore the number 61 shirt, which symbolizes the city of Trabzon and reflects the pride of the fans in the club. Previously, he wore the number 11 with Liverpool and number 10 with the Egyptian national team. The number 61 is a historic symbol for both the city and the club, having been previously worn by famous players such as İbrahim Yatara. It reflects Salah's connection to the city and the club before beginning his journey with the team.
