Disney Corporation and TikTok have announced a partnership allowing TikTok users to create short videos inspired by Disney content, including Star Wars, Marvel, and Pixar. This initiative aims to boost audience engagement with Disney content and increase their time spent on the Disney+ platform, which currently has around 130 million subscribers worldwide. The feature will launch in the United States in the coming months, with plans for later expansion. It is part of Disney's strategy to enhance viewer interaction and drive growth in its streaming services, especially as companies move toward emphasizing vertical video content to keep up with changing preferences and technological trends.
