Eiraola backs Barkala's deal and personality
Liverpool coach Andoni Iraola has stated that the transfer of French forward Bradley Barcola from Paris Saint-Germain is one of the biggest deals in the club's history, valued at up to 124 million pounds ($167 million), making it the second most expensive transfer after Izaak. Iraola confirmed that the player arrived in high spirits and was eager to join Liverpool, and he is ready to participate in the upcoming match against Ipswich. It is expected that, after training, a decision will be made regarding his potential starting role, noting that the player has not played much in the preseason matches. The coach also expressed satisfaction with the recent transfer window, emphasizing that the new signings have improved the team's level, despite ongoing rumors about Cody Gakpo's potential departure from the club.
