West Bank break-ins and settler attacks on olive harvesters

Several areas in the occupied West Bank have witnessed an escalation in attacks by the Israeli occupation forces and settlers during the olive harvest season. These attacks included assaults on Palestinian farmers, such as incursions into villages, mass detentions, the throwing of tear gas bombs, and the burning of olive trees. Nablus, Beita, Asira al-Qibliya, and Abu Dis experienced demolition operations and destruction of crops and trees, in addition to raids and arrests. The aggression has significantly increased, with September recording 2,051 attacks by the occupation forces and settlers. These assaults cause severe harm to farmers and threaten the olive season, with a noticeable rise in displacement and attacks on Palestinian agricultural lands.
