Prince Andrew's legal battle over Epstein
Prince Andrew's news opens a legal confrontation against Thames Valley Police after his arrest last February concerning investigations related to misconduct involving Jeffrey Epstein. He has filed a judicial review challenging the legality of police raids on his home and former residence in Sandringham and Windsor. The police had questioned him about allegations of leaking government documents to Epstein during his time working as a trade envoy between 2001 and 2011. The prince has insisted that he denies the charges against him and has requested an investigation into the legality of the police procedures, amid uncertainty about the investigation's outcomes.
