French League: Moroccan and Algerian stars boost Marseille
Marseille Football Club achieved its first victory of the season in the French Ligue 1 by defeating Troyes 2-0, ending a streak of five consecutive losses across all competitions. The star Moroccan player Amin Harit contributed to the win by scoring the first goal, while Algerian player Himid Abdelli scored the second from a penalty kick, which was his first goal with the club. This win lifted Marseille out of the relegation zone and prepares them to host Olympiacos in the Europa League. Meanwhile, Troyes' results declined, as they currently sit at the bottom of the table after four straight losses.
