Starlink与StarShield的区别
The article highlights the development of the "Starlink" and "Starshield" systems, owned by SpaceX under Elon Musk's leadership, and their role in transforming space into a battleground for cyber and space warfare in 2026. "Starlink" relies on a network of low Earth orbit satellites providing fast and reliable internet, while "Starshield" utilizes satellites with military payloads for Earth monitoring and missile detection, operating with high levels of encryption and security. The overlapping authorities of the two systems, especially following U.S. restrictions on the use of "Starshield" in the Ukrainian war, have led to increased legal and regulatory tensions regarding control over these technologies between corporations and governments. There is confusion surrounding the nature of relationships and oversight between the private sector and the state in managing space security.
