Libyan Club Targets Al Ahly Star
Media personality Ibrahim Abd El-Gawad announced that Libyan club Al-Ahly Benghazi has made an offer to contract Yasser Ibrahim, the Egyptian Al-Ahly defender, for two seasons. He would receive one and a half million dollars per season, roughly equivalent to 75 million Egyptian pounds. This comes in the context of the player's contract with Al-Ahly ending at the conclusion of this season, and his refusal to renew it, despite the club's insistence on its latest offer and its rejection of any improvements.
