House committee elections tomorrow
The House of Representatives will hold elections tomorrow for 25 specialized committees to select their chairs, deputies, and secretaries. The process will be conducted over three sessions, including the announcement of preliminary and final lists of candidates, followed by the election results for the committee chairmanships. The committees cover all sectors—legislative, economic, and social—with each committee consisting of between 4 and 7 members. The rules for nomination and voting will be organized according to the internal bylaws of the council. The goal of these elections is to establish effective committee leaderships to enhance the performance of the various committees within the council.
