Party source: No pretext for Netanyahu to trigger conflict
The article focused on Hezbollah's stance regarding the Israeli escalation in Lebanon. A senior source within the party confirmed that Hezbollah has no intention of providing Netanyahu with a pretext to initiate a new military operation to boost his electoral prospects. It was explained that the party is adopting a new strategy to preserve its weapons and freedom of movement across its territory, avoiding any deals or agreements that would compromise its principles. Additionally, the source indicated that security assessments suggest the enemy will carry out limited operations and will not allow entry into certain areas, amid ongoing tensions along the southern front. Despite discussions of initiatives and responses, the parties remain committed to their positions, with only a small possibility of breaching these through an American-Iranian or Saudi-Iranian agreement.
