Federation awaits international players in Marbella
Saleh Al-Shahrani, Hassan Kadesh, and Houssam Aouar will be absent at the start of Al-Ittihad's preparations for the new season due to their international commitments at the 2026 World Cup. They are scheduled to rejoin the team during the foreign training camp in Marbella, Spain, after being excused from the first phase of training. The team will begin training and medical examinations in Saudi Arabia before traveling to Spain on July 14, with the camp running until July 31. Meanwhile, Al-Ittihad is currently negotiating to finalize a new head coach to replace the Portuguese Sergio Coneysao. The club plans to compete in three tournaments next season: the Pro League, the King's Cup, and the Asian Champions League playoff.
