The investigations into the Indian teenager Rehan's murder reveal that a criminal group targeted him under the false pretext of stealing his organs. One of their members, Zohab Khan, who impersonated a doctor, spread false claims on social media about the high black market value of human testicles, estimating them at around 12 million rupees (approximately $92,000). The group members kidnapped the victim, stabbed him multiple times, and kept his testicles frozen for two days in an attempt to sell them. They ultimately disposed of him in a lake. The police arrested the main suspect and those under investigation, finding evidence of their involvement in killing and storing the organs for sale. Search efforts are ongoing to locate potential sites where the organs might have been disposed of. The police are relying on the suspects for further information about communications with potential buyers on the black market.
