Sheikh Raed Salah: Al-Aqsa Violations Increase
The article discusses the escalation of Israeli violations at Al-Aqsa Mosque, where the assaults have gone beyond mere invasions to include overt Jewish ritual practices within its courtyards. These practices encompass performing prayers, majestic prostrations, blowing the shofar, and holding marriage ceremonies and celebrations. From August 2015 to July 2026, approximately 390,000 invasions have been recorded, amid increasing political escalation and a rise in the number of Israeli officials storming the mosque, along with attempts to introduce sacrifices and organize Jewish rituals during Jewish holidays. Sheikh Rayed Salah warned of the dangers these violations pose to the identity of the mosque, affirming that the rights there belong to Muslims until the Hour begins, and called on Palestinians in the occupied territories to maintain their presence and worship, despite occupation restrictions such as detention and refusal of entry for worshippers.
